At Hair Lounge by Charlotte Mensah, we are committed to delivering exceptional hair services with the highest level of care and expertise. To ensure clarity and fairness, please note that all services rendered are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment at the discretion of your stylist. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Consultation Prior to Service

To achieve the best results, we offer thorough consultations before every appointment to discuss your hair goals, pricing, and expectations. Once a service is completed, refunds will not be issued.

Booking & Deposits

  • Deposits for appointments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must follow our salon’s booking policy.
